Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or incur any costs other than those provided for by law.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement sent to the following address:

Return Conditions
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the notification of their withdrawal to return the products.
The products must be returned:
- in their original condition, new and unused,
- complete (including accessories, instructions, etc.),
- in their original, undamaged packaging.
The Customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
The Customer must include their contact details (First Name and Last Name) as well as the order number inside the return package.

Return Shipping Costs
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns must be shipped to the address indicated above using a tracked delivery service.
MokAïko&Co recommends using La Poste or Colissimo.
Returns delivered to a collection point that is not designated to receive them may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned products or from the date you provide proof of shipment.
The refund will include the price of the returned products as well as any standard delivery charges initially paid when placing the order. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Replacement of Defective or Damaged Items
If a product received is defective or if the package has been damaged during transport, the Customer is invited to contact MokAïko&Co as soon as possible at the following address:
The Customer may be asked to provide photographs of the product, the package, and any visible damage in order to allow the claim to be processed.
After reviewing the situation, MokAïko&Co will offer, as appropriate, a replacement, a refund, or any other suitable solution in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the Customer and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued at more than €50.
