These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between MokAïko&Co (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website mokaikoandco.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
Any order placed on this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the conditions governing the sale of products offered by MokAïko&Co on the website www.mokaikoandco.fr.
These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between MokAïko&Co (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and any individual purchasing products on www.mokaikoandco.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
MokAïko&Co reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the Customer confirms the order.
Article 2 — Products
MokAïko&Co offers the following categories of products for sale:
- Pet accessories and toys (bandanas, ID tags, charms, treat pouches, harnesses, leashes, plush toys, etc.)
- Home décor and household items
- Natural stones and wellness-related products
- Candles, incense, scented wax melts, and related accessories
- Fashion jewellery
- Clothing and fashion accessories
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and reimbursed for the corresponding amount.
Product photographs, descriptions, and images are presented with the greatest possible care. However, slight variations in colour, dimensions, texture, or finish may occur due to:
- screen display settings;
- the handcrafted nature of certain products;
- the use of natural materials (natural stones, shells, textiles, etc.).
Such variations shall not constitute grounds for liability on the part of the Seller.

Never leave a pet unattended with a toy or accessory. Always ensure that the product is suitable for your pet's size, age, and behaviour.

These products are not intended for children and must be kept out of their reach.
Candles, Incense, and Scented Wax Melts
Never leave a lit candle, wax burner, or incense unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Always use on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not use near flammable materials.
Fashion Jewellery
The jewellery offered by MokAïko&Co is primarily made of stainless steel and/or gold-plated materials, according to the information provided by the manufacturers.
Unless otherwise stated, the jewellery is selected to be nickel-free, in compliance with the applicable European regulations.
To preserve its appearance and durability, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, and household cleaning products.

The information and descriptions relating to natural stones and wellness products are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Children's Accessories and Toys
Children's accessories, as well as toys and plush toys, should be used under adult supervision whenever necessary. Before use, always ensure that the product is appropriate for the child's age and complies with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Products containing small parts may present a choking hazard for young children. Any product showing signs of damage, wear, or visible defects must be removed from use immediately.
Decorative plush toys and toys must not be used for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer.
Article 3 — Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included where applicable).

Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by any other payment method offered at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Orders will only be prepared once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within Metropolitan France and to the delivery destinations available at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier and seasonal activity.
MokAïko&Co shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to events of force majeure.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order. In the event of an incorrect address or incomplete delivery information resulting in a failed delivery, any reshipping costs may be charged to the Customer.
The Customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery. Any issue (damaged parcel, missing or damaged product) must be reported to the carrier and then to MokAïko&Co within three (3) days of receipt.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable to deliveries outside France shall be borne by the Customer.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return results from an error attributable to the Seller.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

opened, used, or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;

Article 8 — Statutory Warranties
